A: No, We at Miller’s Auto Body repair all makes and models and all of our auto body techs have over 20 years of experience and are all certified technicians. We use only the highest quality parts and resist pressure from insurance companies to use inferior crash replacement parts that could negatively impact the value of your vehicle.

 

Q: If I get into an accident and call my insurance company, do I have to bring my vehicle to one of their referral shops for repairs?

A: Absolutely not. Under Rhode Island General Law, you have the right to choose which repair shop you want to have your vehicle repaired at.

 

Q: When I get into an auto accident should I call my insurance company to come out and look at it at my house or work?

A: No, your vehicle should be brought to the repair facility of your choice so we can deal directly with your insurance company for you.
